INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the processing of personal data, we provide you with the following information in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA

We minimise the amount of personal data we process so that it is sufficient to provide the quality of service you expect from us, to comply with our legal obligations and to protect our
legitimate interests. We process both the personal data of our customers and the personal data of our potential customers who have given us consent to do so. We process the following categories of personal data:

  • Basic data, which are your name and surname, address of residence, or ID number if you are an entrepreneur - natural person (sole trader).
  • Contact details, which are your email, phone number or contact address.
  • Information about your use of our products and services, products you have purchased or are considering purchasing. Information about the use of our e-shop, newsletter, etc.
  • Records of email and chat communications, records of telephone calls, or other communications with you in electronic or written form.
  • Transaction data, in particular information about your payments and payment methods.
  • Geolocation data, this is geographic data from a computer's web browser or mobile apps. This data can be used to recommend the nearest store or service

THE PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

We process your personal data primarily for the purpose of concluding sales contracts for the supply of our goods and services. This includes, in particular, the receipt of
and processing of orders, issuing invoices and tax documents, recording payments, sending goods to the selected address, etc.

For the proper fulfilment of all legal obligations, we also process personal data for the purposes of bookkeeping, registry management, or the handling of complaints and complaints. In some cases, it is also necessary to process personal data for the purposes of litigation and out-of-court debt recovery.

We also process your personal data for the purpose of informing you about our products and services in the context of direct marketing.

THE LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

We process your personal data in accordance with the law, only on the legal basis of cases where:

  • the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract (e.g. a contract of sale) and you are a party to the contract or you have asked us to carry out measures prior to entering into the contract (e.g. by registering for the e-shop),
  • or the processing of your personal data is necessary within the framework of our legitimate interest pursued by us, which is primarily the offer and sale of goods and services to our customers,
  •  or you have given us your consent for one or more purposes. These may include, in particular, activities related to the offer of goods and services, or processing in order to tailor the offer to your expectations.
  • we also process your personal data if we are required to do so by law, such as the Accountancy Act, etc.

Your personal data may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients during processing:

  • Courier and shipping companies,
  • IT service providers,
  • Law and legal offices,
  • Auditors and tax advisors,
  • Courts and law enforcement agencies,

RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA.

In the case of consent from the data subject, we will process your data until you withdraw your consent, up to a maximum of 24 months from the date of consent.

  • Where we have a legitimate interest, we will process your personal data for a period of time that is reasonable in relation to the lifecycle of the product or service you have purchased, in order to offer and provide you with related products and services.
  • In the case of performance of a contract, we will process your personal data for as long as the contractual relationship lasts, including the warranty and warranty claims
  • In the case of compliance with a legal obligation, we will process your personal data for the period of time required by law. In the case of the Accountancy Act, VAT Act, etc., the period may be 10 years.

YOUR RIGHTS AS DATA SUBJECTS

We are ready to exercise your rights when processing your personal data.

  • You have the right of access to your personal dataas well as the right to know for what purpose they are processed, who are the recipients of your personal data, what is the duration of the processing.
  • You have the right to rectificationif your personal data is incorrect or has changed, please contact us, we will correct it.
  • You have the right to erasure personal data if it is incorrect or processed unlawfully.
  • If your personal data is processed on the basis of your consent, you have the right at any time to consent Recallwithout affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal.
  • You have the right to restriction of processingif you wish we will only process the data for the most necessary lawful reasons or not at all.
  • You have the right to data portabilityif you wish to transfer them to another controller, we will provide them to you in the appropriate format, unless other technical or legal obstacles prevent us from doing so.

We will respond to your request free of charge within 30 days. In the event of complexity or a large number of requests, we are entitled to extend this period by a further 60 days. If this happens, we will inform you of this and the reasons for it.

However, if your request is manifestly unfounded or repeated, we are entitled to charge a reasonable administrative fee to cover the costs of providing this service.
