The new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD, which stands for "Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive") entered into force on 5 January 2023. As it is a directive, its content must be incorporated into the national legislation of each European Union country. This means that every SME will have to produce an ESG report already for 2026 at the latestif it wants to have favourable bank financing, favourable insurance, supply its services to large companies, participate in public procurement and other public activities required in the future. Social responsibility and the will to do more than is required are also important here.
The division of these businesses :
Micro enterprise
1-9 employees and turnover up to EUR 2mil.
Small business
10-49 employees and turnover up to EUR 10mil.
Medium enterprise
50-249 employees and turnover up to EUR 50 million

For Medium-sized enterprises Due to the possible diversity of sectors, the calculation of the basic carbon footprint is similar to that of SMEs, but the necessary CO2 calculations of special parts may be added.
The customer can order these from our partners on our recommendation or have them made himself using the ISO14064-1/GHG verifiable procedure.

For MSP Due to the possible diversity of sectors, the calculation of the basic carbon footprint is automated, but the necessary CO2 calculations of special parts may be added.
These can be ordered from partners on our recommendation, or can be done by the customer, however verifiable by the ISO14064-1/GHG protocol.

- 100% Carbon Free offers per processing strategy CO2 Zero 10 Euros per tonne / calculated CO2 Zero offset required (fee may be adjusted based on data provided and CO2 calculations)
- However, each year the service is already free of charge, subject to the conditions of the proposed strategy CO2 Zero. In case of further requirements, the services in question will be by mutual agreement.
Reduction of costs and energy :
Energy offsets and investment in Renewable Energy Sources (RES) will be included in CO2 Zero calculations and of course paid by the customer at interesting prices, or rented from 100CF, so that the customer has everything from one hand and with the resulting 0% carbon footprint.
Within the framework of the long-term cooperation setup, the issues of data input and processing in digital form are addressed for subsequent ESG assessments and for minimizing the costs of processing the documents, while these costs are borne by the customer himself.
There is also the possibility of using and exporting accounting data for the 100CF platform, but for an annual fee according to the size and complexity of the data, but a maximum of 300,- EUR/year
Large enterprises - The new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD, which stands for "Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive") entered into force on 5 January 2023. - According to the CSRD, it is defined with more than 250 employees.
This means that every company over 250 employees, will have to make an ESG report at the latest for 2026if it wants to have favourable bank financing, favourable insurance, supply its services to large companies, participate in public procurement and other public activities required in the future. Social responsibility and the will to do more than is required are also important here.
- According to the CSRD, it is defined as having more than 250 employees and is also publicly traded
This means that every company over 250 employees - publicly traded, will have to do Sustainability report, which includes an ESG report for 2025.
- According to the CSRD, it is defined with more than 500 employees.
This means that every company over 500 employees will have to do Sustainability report, which includes an ESG report for year 2024

The aim of this service is to minimise the negative impact of public institutions on the environment and to contribute to long-term sustainable development.
Public institutions they don't have obligation to do ESG report, but as part of the EU's targets they must reduce the energy intensity of their buildings, implement the use of renewable energy sources (RES) and take action to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
But it is different for commercial companies where public institutions are represented - they are subject to the same obligations as Micro, Small, Medium and Large enterprises under the Directive on the reporting of information on corporate sustainability (the 'Sustainability Reporting Directive') CSRD, which stands for "Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive"), which entered into force on 5 January 2023.
In order to set up a plan we need :
- Assess the current situation by conducting an analysis of CO2 emissions in the activities and operations of the public institution, define areas with high emissions and identify significant sources of these emissions.
- Based on the assessment, set specific CO2 reduction targets. The targets will be measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound.
- Propose a plan of measures that will help achieve the objectives by focusing on improving the energy efficiency of buildings, promoting renewable energy, improving transport, minimising waste through innovative technologies , .....
- Implement planned actions and ensure their effective implementation with regular monitoring and automated evaluation.
- Educate and inform employees about sustainability and CO2 reduction targets and measures, design rewards to increase motivation to implement measures.
- Monitor and evaluate the results achieved, analyse CO2 emissions, the achievement of targets and the effectiveness of measures.
